Incident Commander

The Incident Commander leads regional response during active data center incidents, coordinating across multiple technical and operational teams to achieve incident objectives and restoration priorities. This role ensures clear communication, manages escalation needs, and drives incidents through mitigation and formal closure. Following closure, the position supports Root Cause Analysis and Post Incident Reports as required.
