Incident Controller

Incident Controller role based in Prenton responsible for creating and managing network incidents, operating the outage management system (PowerOn) and ensuring accurate customer and regulatory updates. The role supports end-to-end coordination for fault restoration, vulnerable customer management, and overnight customer calls while working on a rolling shift rota.
