Inclusion Counselor

The Inclusion Counselor provides individualized support to children with diverse abilities in an aftercare setting, adapting activities to ensure every child feels welcomed and successful. This role involves fostering positive relationships with children and families, managing behavior sensitively, and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. The position runs seasonally from August to May, Monday through Friday, following the aftercare schedule.
