Inclusion Manager

The Inclusion Manager leads and develops high-quality inclusive education across the school, acting as the SENDCo to manage identification, assessment, and provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the role involves strategic leadership of the specialist resource base, staff development, and utilizing data to improve pupil progress. The position requires collaboration with families, therapists, and external agencies to ensure excellent outcomes for children with complex needs.
