Inclusive Special Needs Assistant

The Inclusive Special Needs Assistant supports individuals with disabilities in Park District recreational programs, before and after school care, and preschool settings. This role focuses on reinforcing instruction, encouraging peer interactions, and providing behavior and communication support to maximize inclusion and active participation. The assistant works cooperatively with program leaders and staff to ensure a safe and accessible environment for all participants.
