RSM is seeking an Independence Leader to serve as a senior firmwide leader overseeing independence governance and related risk oversight across the organization. The role sits on the NORM Management Team and functions as an internal authority on independence matters, shaping firm policies and the supporting infrastructure to maintain compliance as standards evolve. Relocation is not required.
