The Independence Leader at RSM leads the firm’s independence risk program and governance, maintaining enterprise-wide independence policies, tools, and quality controls. The role partners with regional and national leadership and serves on the NORM Management Team to ensure compliance with professional and regulatory independence standards. This position also provides thought leadership on independence and ethics and supports firmwide advisory and regulatory response activities.
