Independent Prescriber role based in Bradford for a Nurse or Pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber qualification. The post is with Waythrough (merged charity) delivering evidence-based substance misuse treatment within a multidisciplinary clinical service. The role involves autonomous assessment, diagnosis and patient management while contributing to service development and clinician support. The position is full-time (37 hours) and offered within a charitable mental health and social support organisation.
