Indexing Operation Specialist

The Indexing Operation Specialist is responsible for the accurate entry, maintenance, and compliance oversight of Department of the Air Force administrative and criminal justice indexing records within FBI criminal justice information systems. This role supports assigned Major Commands and collaborates with Security Forces, AFOSI, and Judge Advocate offices to ensure records are accurate, timely, and compliant with federal, DoD, and DAF policies. The position involves conducting real-time evaluations, audits, and resolving indexing issues while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
