Indigenous Participation Manager

The Indigenous Participation Manager will lead Raytheon Canada's Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) for the Land Vehicle Crew Training System (LVCTS) project, overseeing Indigenous engagement, training and development, and Indigenous-owned business participation across five Canadian sites. This is a high-visibility role that liaises with senior leadership, Government of Canada representatives, First Nations, Indigenous organizations, and other stakeholders. The manager will run the Indigenous Training and Development Program and ensure compliance with LVCTS IPP commitments while driving continual improvement.
