Indigenous Patient Navigator

The Indigenous Patient Navigator supports First Nations, Inuit, and Métis patients and families in accessing equitable, culturally responsive care across CHEO and the broader health system. This role involves facilitating navigation, advocacy, and care coordination while centering Indigenous world views and rights. The position promotes patient voice in clinical decision-making and addresses systemic barriers to improve health outcomes.
