Bachelor's and/or Post-Graduate Degree in Nursing, Social Sciences, Education, Business or equivalentOngoing personal and professional development in cultural safety, Indigenous-specific anti-racism, decolonization, and Indigenous knowledge systems5+ years of recent, related senior leadership experience in healthcare or a healthcare-related field with a First Nations Community and/or Indigenous OrganizationKnowledge of and experience with applying principles of cultural safety, anti-racism, and trauma-informed practiceExperience with and ability to effectively interpret legislation such as Employment Standards Act, Accessible British Columbia Act, BC's Human Rights Code, Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, UNDRIP, DRIPA, and other related legislation
