Indirect Procurement Manager

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of all Indirect spend categories for Mondelez Malaysia, ensuring cost optimization, service excellence, and full compliance with corporate procurement policies. The position plays a strategic role in shaping the Indirect spend portfolio, developing robust supply sources, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business objectives. The role involves leading the Indirect Procurement team, managing supplier relationships, and driving procurement process efficiencies across the organization.
