Indirects Estimator

The Indirects Estimator develops construction indirect costs for large EPC estimates, from early conceptual pricing through Class 3 submittals and leadership reviews. The role builds and maintains the project indirects workbook, converts quantities, schedule and staffing inputs into indirect hours and cost, and keeps the indirects consistent with the professional services staffing plan and the estimate summary. The estimator reconciles changes between estimate revisions, benchmarks results against other projects, and presents the indirects in management reviews.
