DESC is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven fundraising professional to serve as the Individual Giving Coordinator, a key member of the Fund Development team responsible for managing and growing mid-level giving and annual fund programs. This frontline fundraiser focuses on building meaningful donor relationships, strengthening engagement, and advancing donor retention and upgrade strategies through thoughtful stewardship and strategic solicitation. The role involves managing a portfolio of mid-level donors, overseeing annual fund efforts, and supporting organization-wide giving campaigns while aligning with Community-Centric Fundraising principles.
