Frewen College
The Individual Needs Assistant provides support to pupils with learning needs under the direction of the class teacher or SENCo, working one‑to‑one, with groups, or generally in the classroom, including lunchtime and PPA cover. The part‑time, term‑time role offers 22.5 hours as an INA plus 5 hours of MDSA support, with training provided for those without prior experience.
