Individual Placement - Interpretation Participant

The Individual Placement - Interpretation Participant provides exceptional interpretive and front-line visitor services at White Sands National Park, including orientation, information, and informal interpretation at the visitor center desk. The role involves developing interpretive programs and products about the park's fossilized footprints, representing the park at outreach events, and gaining knowledge in geology, biology, paleontology, and other related fields. Park staff provide formal and informal training and mentorship throughout the internship.
