Individual Placement- Natural Resource Management

The Natural Resources Division manages natural resources under the purview of the Houston Parks and Recreation Department, focusing on forest, prairie, and riparian management, plant propagation, and community volunteer plantings. This temporary role involves assisting with conservation, protection, preservation, and community outreach activities within city parks. Members will engage in habitat restoration, invasive species removal, and technical equipment operation while participating in training and outreach events.
