About this role
As an Individual Provider (IP), you will help clients live safely and independently in their homes by providing in-home personal care and respite support. You will be employed by Consumer Direct Care Network Washington, with the Client or their Authorized Representative as your managing employer, coordinating a schedule based on monthly approved hours. If you have a Client, CDWA will match you with one, or help you find a client through CDWA.
