Individual Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Individual Therapist to join our Child and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This role provides direct therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5-21 who are experiencing significant emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The Individual Therapist is responsible for delivering one-on-one therapy, developing individualized treatment plans, engaging families in the treatment process, and collaborating closely with group therapists, psychiatric providers, and leadership team members to support each client's progress and recovery.
