About this role

The Industrial Engineer in the Product Transfer team is a technical leader responsible for assessing, designing, and optimizing manufacturing solutions for product transfer projects. This role combines industrial engineering, equipment and capacity analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and data-driven decision-making to establish safe, compliant, and efficient operations at the receiving site. The Staff Engineer independently leads complex studies, provides robust equipment and FTE estimates, and drives measurable improvements in capacity, flow, cost, quality, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead product transfer assessments and define technical requirements
Design manufacturing systems and optimize process flow for receiving sites
Conduct equipment analysis and develop capacity models for production
