Industrial Engineer

HyAxiom is seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to design, optimize, and scale production systems, layouts, and workflows. The role involves combining traditional lean manufacturing tools with data analytics to eliminate waste, cut costs, and build a sustainable manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will plan efficient facility and warehouse floor layouts, research and install new equipment, and create process documentation. The position requires 3+ years of experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering role and a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
