Industrial Maintenance Supervisor-Day Shift

The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor ensures optimal efficiency by managing hourly maintenance employees, participating in hiring and disciplinary decisions, and fostering professional development within the department. This role requires close collaboration with plant leaders to demonstrate competency in plant safety, legal/labor compliance, and food quality standards. The position is responsible for maintaining shift operations, executing preventive maintenance, and conducting critical process inspections. The supervisor also trains and coaches technicians while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
