Industrial Maintenance

This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of plant equipment, conducting preventive maintenance and repairs, and performing varied maintenance duties to ensure continuous operation of production facilities. The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, performing advanced mechanical and electrical repairs, and participating in continuous improvement processes to minimize downtime. The selected candidate will be assigned to either the 2nd or 3rd shift after completing training.
