Industrial Painter / Blaster

This hands-on, in-shop position is responsible for surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and applying industrial coatings to large custom-built machinery and steel fabrications. The role involves operating pressure-pot spray systems and blast booth equipment while ensuring high-quality finishes and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial painting and blasting experience within a manufacturing environment.
