About this role
Axiom is seeking an experienced Employment & Industrial Relations Lawyer to support a leading manufacturing client during a legal team transition on a 6+ month engagement. The role provides advisory support across employment, industrial relations and workplace health & safety matters and may be engaged on a part-time or full-time basis. The successful candidate will be comfortable working remotely or hybrid and will have experience working with unions and representing matters before the Fair Work Commission.
