About this role

This role is an entry-level sales training position within SunSource’s Grow Our Own (GO2) Sales Training Program focused on fluid power solutions for heavy-duty mobile equipment. The position starts with a structured rotational program based at the Mobile Engineering Center in Savage, MN, exposing the trainee to products, systems, and multiple departments. After classroom and rotational training, the trainee will spend time in the field with experienced Account Managers. Upon successful completion, the individual is promoted to an Account Manager role managing their own territory.
