The Industrial Security Manager defines and oversees Gucci's security program across its industrial perimeter in Italy, ensuring the protection of people, assets, and manufacturing operations. This role partners with site management and key business functions to foster a security culture, mitigate operational risks, and prevent losses throughout the value chain. The position reports directly to the Global Security Director and serves as the primary point of reference for all security-related matters within Industrial Operations.
