Infection Prevention Coordinator

The Infection Prevention Coordinator leads the Infection Prevention Program in collaboration with the infectious disease physician to ensure an effective infrastructure and evidence-based approach to achieving excellence in infection prevention and control. This role involves working collaboratively with key stakeholders for disease surveillance, prevention, and containment, including the collection and evaluation of data to determine patterns and trends of infection. The position requires implementing effective strategies to mitigate infection risk, reporting data to regulatory agencies, and promoting colleague accountability for their own practice.
