This role directs, manages and operates the infection prevention program serving O'Bleness and Berger Hospitals. The position uses evidence-based guidelines, epidemiology and implementation science to prevent infections, control outbreaks, and serve as a content expert, consultant and educator to clinical teams, patients and the community. It requires independent critical thinking, strong communication and leadership to implement control measures and drive program improvements.
