Infection Preventionist

This role shapes infection prevention practices across more than 200 ambulatory care sites within the Mass General Brigham system, coordinating initiatives to promote consistent, high-quality standards of care. The position involves surveillance, outbreak investigation, regulatory reporting, and conducting Environment of Care rounds to identify risks and communicate recommendations. It requires providing education and guidance to staff while partnering with various departments to ensure compliance and enhance patient and staff safety.
