Inflight Training Instructor

The Inflight Training Instructor delivers FAA-approved Flight Attendant training programs and PSA-related materials to new hires and current staff at the American Airlines Flight Training Center. This role involves preparing comprehensive instruction sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and serving as a mentor and subject matter expert on inflight services policies. The position also requires conducting line checks and maintaining safety and security management system outputs.
