About this role

The Informatics Engineer will partner with process translation and analytical laboratory teams as well as site, group, and global IT groups to design, configure, validate, and support digital laboratory solutions such as LIMS, LES, ELN, CDS, and environmental monitoring platforms for the new Lilly Medicine Foundry. The role focuses on system implementation, regulatory compliance, and collaboration to ensure operational readiness of laboratory IT systems.

Responsibilities

Lead system design and configuration for lab informatics platforms
Develop and implement IQ OQ and PQ protocols
Produce and maintain computer system validation documentation
Collaborate with site and global IT teams to ensure operational readiness
Support audits and provide oversight for laboratory metrics and documentation
