Informatics & Technology Services Support Team

This role provides technical support to end users by identifying, researching, and resolving issues via phone, email, and in-person requests. The position involves documenting and tracking problems to ensure timely resolution while maintaining the functionality of end-user equipment and computer operations. Support is prioritized for external department customers, followed by internal customers, under immediate supervision.
