Information & Communications Spec III (NS)

The Information and Education Branch Head leads the NCFS information, education, and outreach programs to increase awareness and support for the NCFS mission and forestry in North Carolina. This role involves conceptualizing and overseeing media relations, public relations, marketing research, social media strategies, and community outreach initiatives. The position also includes supervising the Public Information Officer, Communications Specialist, and Multimedia Specialist while managing budgetary planning and monitoring.
