Information Management Data Architect

The Principal Databricks Architect will lead the design and scaling of RGA's data science and AI platform, establishing a governed, self-service environment for actuarial and analytics teams. This role involves defining end-to-end architecture, enforcing data governance through Unity Catalog, and ensuring interoperability between Databricks and Snowflake. As a technical leader, the individual will drive innovation, mentor teams, and enable global, cost-efficient deployment of AI models while adhering to data sovereignty requirements.
