About this role

The Information Security Manager, Scams will design and implement information security, governance, and information management controls to support AFCA's new Scams dispute resolution framework. Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, the role involves assessing security capabilities, identifying gaps, and developing practical uplift recommendations to ensure sensitive information is managed securely. This position requires collaboration across Technology, Legal, Risk, and Privacy teams to establish secure operating practices for the Scams EDR Program.

Responsibilities

Assess information security and information management capabilities across the Scams EDR Program
Identify gaps in systems, processes, controls and information handling practices
Develop and deliver security uplift recommendations and implementation roadmaps
