Information Services Assistant

Northampton Community College is seeking two part-time Information Services Assistants to provide student-facing, customer-service support at the Mack Library. These roles involve managing circulation desk duties, proctoring testing centers, shelving materials, and offering basic reference assistance and technology support. Positions operate on rotating afternoons, evenings, mornings, and weekends throughout the academic year.
