Information Services Executive

The Information Services Executive provides clerical and administrative support to the Information Services team across all Maples Group offices, handling tasks such as acquisitions, invoice processing, subscription management, credit‑card monitoring, budgeting, press updates, and meeting coordination. The role reports to the Director of Information Services and requires strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
