Information Systems Intern (TEMP)

This role supports the IT department by assisting with the configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of PC workstations, applications, and printers. The intern monitors the Help Desk ticketing queue to provide resolutions to users and documents all actions in the ticketing system. The position also involves attending departmental meetings and shadowing systems, security, and network engineers to gain exposure to those fields.
