Information Technology Technician

The part-time role supports Six Flags Discovery Kingdom by troubleshooting and maintaining Windows hardware/software, point of sale, and audio/visual systems across the park. The technician tracks service requests via a help desk system, assists corporate IS staff on projects, and ensures high performance standards while collaborating with associates and management.
