This role is responsible for coordinating and providing technical support for outdoor warning sirens and all radio system equipment, including infrastructure components, dispatch consoles, and microwave communications. The position involves maintaining radio databases, subscriber fleet inventories, and various communication systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and FAA requirements. The incumbent will also participate in on-call support, mentor staff, and maintain effective relationships with partner entities and vendors.
