About this role

As a Senior Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide L1-L2 technical support for production and development environments with a focus on Cisco ACI and network infrastructure. This role involves analyzing outages, designing fabrics, and generating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports to ensure service stability while mentoring junior engineers. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive technical decisions and facilitate knowledge sharing across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Root Cause Analysis for fabric outages and implement improvements
Design and deploy Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure fabrics
Mentor junior engineers and facilitate team knowledge sharing sessions
Enforce logical network constructs such as Tenants and Bridge Domains
Resolve high-severity incidents utilizing traffic analysis and packet captures
