The Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and security of Interstates' IT infrastructure, providing advanced Tier 2 support for servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems. This role ensures system reliability, security, and continuity of operations while managing user access, patching, backups, and routine infrastructure improvements. The position collaborates with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot complex issues and support technology initiatives across the company.
