Infrastructure Architect

This role ensures the availability and performance of the PrismHR platform, a critical HR, payroll, and benefits system, by managing a hybrid environment of self-hosted infrastructure and Azure. The position involves designing and supporting new hosted services, automating manual processes, and enforcing compliance standards while acting as a technical lead and mentor for the team. The role requires diagnosing full-stack problems, maintaining topology documentation, and building disaster recovery plans to keep the platform reliable and secure.
