This is a student co-op internship on D2L’s Information Technology team focused on infrastructure support and development. The role is structured in two phases to provide hands-on experience in an enterprise IT support organization and exposure to operational support, configuration management, incident response, and information security. The position emphasizes understanding end-user needs and contributing to projects that improve the employee technology experience.
