Infrastructure & Energy Transaction Counsel

Lambda is seeking an Infrastructure & Energy Transaction Counsel to lead the legal structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex transactions for its multi-billion-dollar physical infrastructure investments. The role involves managing end-to-end deal processes for leased and developed data centers, including land and power acquisitions, while partnering with cross-functional teams to execute infrastructure deals. This position requires a legal professional with deep infrastructure expertise and strong technical and energy market literacy to support Lambda's rapid growth.
