Infrastructure Engineer

The Infrastructure Engineer provides technical leadership and hands-on support within the Infrastructure Server Platforms team at RMIT, with a focus on Storage & Backup, Data Centre services, and Windows Server technologies. The role supports service continuity and fault resolution, contributes technical expertise to operational excellence, and works with senior engineers and broader technology teams. The position participates in a 24x7 on-call roster to ensure reliability and availability of critical server platforms.
