About this role

The Infrastructure Engineer ensures DBT infrastructure systems operate efficiently, supports on‑premises platforms such as Active Directory, DNS, VMware, firewalls, and routing, and provides escalation support for the Service Desk within an ITIL framework. The role also involves managing incident queues, scripting automation, and handling identity and user management solutions in Azure or third‑party tools.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality resolutions to IT incidents
Administer Windows and Linux servers and deployments
Manage infrastructure incident support queues on a daily basis
Maintain on‑premises infrastructure including AD, DNS, VMware, firewalls and routing
Support identity and user management solutions using Azure or third‑party platforms
