About this role

Covestro is seeking an Infrastructure & Facilities Expert to serve as the in‑house technical reference for buildings, civil infrastructure, utilities and facility assets at the Filago ChemPark site. The role involves developing lifecycle strategies, managing technical aspects of infrastructure, coordinating with authorities and contractors, and supporting emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement lifecycle strategies for buildings and infrastructure assets
Assess infrastructure conditions and coordinate external engineering assessments
Manage technical aspects of industrial buildings, civil infrastructure, and utility networks
Act as technical interface with authorities, utility providers, and consultants
Support infrastructure and civil engineering capital projects throughout lifecycle
